Rose Bowl Cup Qtr Final Flames - Blazers

West Midlands Basketball League decided to take 28 points off Flames H'cap Going into this game against the top team in Division 2, with us having to give them a 15 point head start !

So the 1st Qtr started 0-15, Flames got off to a good start scoring the first six points ! then Blazers had a good run scoring 8 points. Flames took a time out and sorted its defence and came out playing tough defence and moving the ball much better on offence.
1st Qtr 17 - 25

Jacob Ochowicz started the Qtr with the first 4 points and playing some great defence along with Adam Litchfield and Dereck Livermore. There wasn't much between either team in this Qtr, but a good last two minutes meant the Flames cutting the gap and finishing the half just 4 points down !
Half Time 34 - 38

The Flames came out on fire ! Wayne Robinson,Ricky Prince and Matt Law scoring at will ! Blazers were starting to tire and also get into foul problems with A.Mclean fouling out due to a technical foul !
3rd Qtr 58 - 54

Flames were now up and the pressure was slightly off ! the offence was more controlled and the defence was organised and tough ! Big rebounds by Adam Litchfield,Pete Seex and Miroslaw Baranowski meant the Flames were controlling offence and defence !
Final score 78 - 66
